ABOUT ME

I grew up in Marin County, CA (just on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge).  I have two loving, goofy, Jewish parents and little sister who I LOVE so much!  Music was always a part of my family.  We exclusively listened to Les Miserables, Joseph, Evita, and Mamma Mia soundtracks during our long car drives (we often played songs multiple times so everyone could sing "On My Own" - including my dad!).  My family is very proud of our four part harmony of "Happy Birthday".  It's pretty amazing!

I trained at Marin Ballet starting at age four and graduated from the program in 2014.  Under the direction of répétiteur Sandra Jennings, I performed Balanchine's Serenade, Valse Fantasies, Jewels- Diamonds, and Raymonda.  I also performed in many Nutcrackers starting as a White Sheep and Toy Soldier, and then growing up to play Clara, Chinese Soloist, Flower Queen, and Snow Queen.  In my last two years, I had the wonderful opportunity to attend Regional Dance of America in Washington and Arizona!

For High School, I was accepted into Marin School of the Arts and graduated with Honors in Dance in 2014.  I was one of eight dancers selected in the SF Bay Area to perform in Alonzo King's Lines Ballet showcase.

I moved to NYC upon graduating high school and spent the next four years at Marymount Manhattan College earning a B.A. in Theatre Arts with a minor in Musical Theatre.  I performed in many productions including A Chorus Line, South Pacific, Dracula the Musical, and Love's Labour's Lost.  In my Senior year I was chosen to Choreograph the school's Homecoming musical, Working: A Musical.  At Marymount I was a Peer Leader and served as Co-President for Hillel.

Upon graduating from college, I have been keeping my skills up in dance at STEPS NYC.  And even adding improv training to my tool box from UCB (Upright Citizen's Brigade).

In July 2020, I decided to move to Los Angeles to wait out the pandemic.  I have been enjoying LA so much and am very optimistic about my future here.

When I'm not performing or teaching, you will find me sweating at Hot Yoga, eating samples at Costco, yelling at a SF Giants Game with my dad, watching Survivor or The Bachelor, or at the nearest boba shop.
